With the annual rumblings of Computex kicking up once again, we're ready to check out some seriously cool hardware, both digitally and in person. However, you don't need to wait to see what companies have in store. Acer has given us a sneak peek behind the scenes to show off what hardware it has to show off, and there's a ton.
Acer has something for everyone with its range of new products
To kick things off, we have the Predator Triton 14 AI Gaming Laptop, the Predator Helios Neo 14 AI Laptop, and the Predator Orion 3000 gaming desktop. Across this range, you'll find Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 cards under the hood, and up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor. If you go all-out and grab the Triton 14, you'll unlock some premium goodies like an OLED touchscreen and a Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad with haptics and pen support.
Next, we're taking a look at the Swift X 14 and Swift X 14 AI Creator Laptops. We see a 5070 pop up in these models, too, but the Swift X 14 uses Intel processors, while the Swift X 14 AI uses AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processors. No matter which you go for, you'll get an OLED touchscreen with haptic touchpads.
Then there's the Swift Edge and Swift Go AI Copilot+ Thin-and-Light Laptops. The Swift Edge weights only 0.99 kg and delivers up to 21 hours of battery life, and is the first laptop in the world to use a Corning Gorilla Matte Pro surface on its OLED screen. Meanwhile, the Swift Go AI Copilot+ Thin-and-Light offers up to 16 hours of battery life and uses the Acer Multi-Control Touchpad.
If that isn't enough laptops for you, check out the Aspire AI Copilot+ Laptops. They come in 14 and 16-inch variants, and each variant can be kitted out with either an Intel Core Ultra Processor with Intel Arc graphics, an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor with Zen 5 architecture, or a Snapdragon X platform with Qualcomm Adreno integrated graphics.
Moving onto the screen, we have several Predator and Nitro gaming and smart monitors. The Predator X27U F5 sports a 500 Hz refresh rate, and the Predator X27 X has a crisp 4K screen resolution. Whichever one you pick, you're getting AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology bundled in. There are also the Acer Nitro GA321QK P and Nitro GA341CUR W0 Google TV smart monitors that Acer claims have a high enough refresh rate for gaming, and the Acer Nitro PG271K is a 4K resolution screen for mobile users. It even comes with its own little kickstand.
If you need a new tablet, there are a bunch of Iconia tablets on the way. The Acer Iconia V12 and Acer Iconia V11 are advertised as lightweight tablets with a metal chassis and a 10-hour battery life, while the Acer Connect X6E Plus 5G CPE lives up to its name with 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, eSIM, Nano-SIM, and vSIM compatibility. The Acer Connect M4 Mobile Wi-Fi helps get your devices online on a 5G connection, while the Acer Connect D5 Pro 5G dongle gives anything it's plugged into access to fast network speeds.
Phew. I told you there was something for everyone. If you're at Computex, be sure to give the Acer folk a solid hello. Who knows, maybe you can check out these devices in person?
