Like it did last year, Apple officially unveiled the 2025 Apple Design Awards winners a few days before WWDC. And while this time around, Spatial Computing didn’t get its own category, apps built for Apple Vision Pro played a larger role than ever.
This year’s awards picked one winning app and one winning game across six recurring categories, alongside two extra finalists for each. This year’s categories included Delight and Fun, Inclusivity, Innovation, Interaction, Social Impact, and Visuals and Graphics.
And while Vision Pro apps didn’t get their own standalone category like it did last year with Spatial Computing, this time around they were well represented among the winners and shortlisted titles.
