Aura Biosciences (NASDAQ:AURA) launched an underwritten public offering of common stock, accompanying warrants, and pre-funded warrants for select investors.
All the shares of common stock, pre-funded warrants and accompanying common stock warrants to be sold in the offering will be offered by Aura.
AURA shares fall 6.5% premarket on Thursday.
