If you're in the market for a health tracker that will help you train for your next marathon or earbuds that will power you through a long-haul bike ride, I've rounded up some of my favorite wearables on sale ahead of Amazon Prime Day.

Best smartwatch and fitness tracker deals ahead of Prime Day 2025

  • OtterBox Symmetry Cactus Leather Apple Watch Band for $28 (save $27): This sleek Apple Watch band receives a 50% discount.
  • Oura Ring Gen 3 Heritage for $218 (save $31): The third-generation Oura Ring offers basically the same software as the fourth-gen, but without the $250 price tag.
  • Apple Watch Series 10 with Jet Black Aluminum Case and Ink Sport Loop for $299 (save $100): Apple's latest smartwatch is on sale for 25% off. If you're choosing between a sport loop or a sport band as your watch band of choice, the sport loop wicks water better, in my experience.
  • Apple Watch Series 10 with light blush sport band for $299 (save $100): The Series 10 also comes with a sport band, which has a silicon, slick feel and is a little less breathable, so I'd recommend against using for exercise. Choose the sport band more for its neutrality and ability to blend in with outfits than its breathability.
  • Apple Watch Ultra for $420 (save $30): Apple's first-generation rugged smartwatch is $36 off right now. It's got a longer battery life and more features for the exercise junky than your typical Apple Watch Series lineup.
  • Apple Watch Ultra 2 for $650 (save $150): This is Apple second-generation rugged smartwatch built for outdoor adventure. This is a great pick for people with large wrists who want a larger screen than Apple's Series 10 smartwatch.
  • Galaxy Watch Ultra 47mm for $404 (save $246): Samsung's rugged smartwatch is seeing a 39% discount on Amazon right now.
  • Google Pixel Watch 2 for $190 (save $60): The second-generation Pixel Watch sees a sweeter discount. If you're looking for a Pixel Watch that will track your steps and keep you connected to friends and family, this watch is more affordable than later versions and still gets the job done.
  • CMF Watch Pro 2 for $59 (save $20): This affordable and minimal Android smartwatch comes complete with a blood oxygen monitor and a durable IP68 build.
  • Beats Powerbeats Pro 2 for $200 (save $50): These exercise earbuds can also monitor your heart rate as you run, walk, record some reps at the gym, or churn out a few miles on your bicycle.
  • Garmin Instinct 2 Rugged Smartwatch for $170 (save $130): This smartwatch is made for adventurers and outdoor fitness enthusiasts. It sees an impressive cut in price with this 43% discount.
  • Garmin Lily 2 smartwatch for $200 (save $50): This smartwatch lineup comes in several gorgeous colors and is a little daintier than some of its bulkier and rugged smartwatch counterparts.
  • Garmin Quatix 7X Solar Edition for $600 (save $500): This watch is made for sailors and boaters and even includes solar charging for up to 37 days of battery life.
  • Current price: $218
  • Original price: $250

This is an older smart ring from Oura, but the brand is great at keeping most of the software the same and changing its hardware in its upgrades. The Oura Ring 4 came out in 2024, kickstarting discounts across older models. So, you'll get the same sleep tracking and staging, activity and stress monitoring, and app user experience as the new smart ring -- just a different build with the Oura Ring Gen 3.

I've worn an Oura Ring for over a year and continue to wear it, because the brand releases helpful features that shine a light on your behaviors and overall health. For example, many users have reported on Reddit seeing the connection between drinking at night and poor sleep after wearing the ring or have seen positive effects of regular activity and high heart rate variability.

The smart ring uncovers this behavior through its continuous data capture that is paired with gentle encouragements towards consistent sleep, exercise, and low-stress activities.

If your AirPods aren't doing the trick for those ten-mile runs or weight lifting sessions in the gym, might I introduce you to an Apple-owned earbud that will blow your AirPods out of the water?

The Powerbeats Pro 2 aren't perfect for every listening environment, but they work well -- might I say the best -- for exercise out of the Apple earbuds lineup (and yes, Beats is an Apple-owned brand). The Powerbeats Pro 2 have heart rate monitoring sensors equipped in each earbud, so you can measure your heart rate on runs without a smartwatch or fitness band. The earbuds are fitted with Apple's H2 chip, the same chip included in the AirPods Pro 2.

You could think of an Apple Watch as a health tracker, sure. But it's kind of the perfect fusion between a health tracker and a second iPhone you wear around your wrist. You can record your workouts and track your sleep stages while also sending texts or voice memos, making calls, or setting timers.  The Apple Watch Series 10 offers up some new features, like a sleep apnea detection feature you can wear to bed for detection and diagnosis, as well as a thinner build that makes it lighter and more comfortable to wear around.
