Cathedra Bitcoin Inc. (OTCPK:CBTTF) has appointed Joel Block as its new CEO.
Concurrently, former CEO AJ Scalia and former President and COO Drew Armstrong have resigned from their executive and board roles, effective July 10, 2025, but will continue to serve in advisory capacities during a transition.
Most recently, Block served as CFO of US Bitcoin Corp., where he led its landmark merger with Hut 8 Corp.
