Chevron (NYSE:CVX) has signed an agreement with Israel Natural Gas Lines to begin construction of the Nitzana natural gas pipeline, a new system which will transport gas from Israel's offshore Leviathan field to Egyptian markets, Oilprice.com reported Tuesday.
