Conduit appoints CEO

Bermuda-based reinsurer Conduit Holdings (OTCPK:CNDHF) announced on Wednesday the appointment of Neil Eckert as CEO, effective immediately.

Eckert has been serving as the interim CEO since late March, following the retirement of Trevor Carvey.

Additionally, Senior Independent Director Rebecca Shelley has been appointed interim non-executive chair.
