DaVita to offer $750M of senior notes in private offering

DaVita (NYSE:DVA) said it has started a private offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2033.
The firm expects to use the proceeds to repay outstanding revolving credit facility borrowings, together with related accrued and unpaid interest
