The 4th of July Apple deals are starting to fly with up to $170 in savings on the latest 24GB M4 MacBook Air models alongside some relatively rare $200 or $300 price drops on M4 Max Mac Studio configurations. We also have $100 off just about every model iPad mini 7 joined by deals on Apple Pencil Pro and a straight $79 in savings on AirPods Max (or up to $130 off open-box units), AirTag at $23, and a whole lot more in the now live Best Buy 4th of July event. Head below for a closer look.

M4 MacBook Air 4th of July deals have arrived, but the 15-inch 24GB model is now even less via Amazon at $170 off
While there have been some particularly notable deals popping in and out at Amazon on the M4 MacBook Air over the last month or so, things have begun to settle down in favor of straight up $150 discounts. This is exactly what we are seeing in the now live Best Buy 4th of July sale that kicked off this morning, but we wanted to highlight a couple of the M4 Air configurations you can now score at Amazon for less than that.
Again, both Amazon and Best Buy are now offering $150 off just about every color and configuration of the latest M4 MacBook Air. But one model that caught our eye just now is the Midnight 15-inch variant with the 24GB RAM upgrade and a 512GB SSD – it is actually now $170 off via Amazon at $1,429 shipped, down from the regular $1,599 list price.
We have seen this model go for less in the past, but we just wanted to make sure you didn’t end up paying $1,450 elsewhere – at this point any new M4 MacBook Air at better than $150 is a particularly notable offer.
The only other model we are seeing at better than $150 off via Amazon right now is the same 15-inch 24GB setup but in the Starlight colorway – it too is now $170 off at $1,429.
You really can’t go wrong landing a relatively brand new 2025 Apple MacBook Air at $150 off, so any of the configurations are a good buy right now, we just wanted to ensure these two configs with the bonus savings were front and center for those interested.

Amazon just knocked $100 off all colors of the latest iPad mini 7, deals now start from $399
Amazon is once again offering $100 price drops on the latest Apple iPad mini 7. This includes all three storage capacities: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, as well as most of the Wi-Fi + Cell variants of each. All colors of the standard Wi-Fi models are now on sale again, and most of the Cell paint jobs are too. The deals start from $399 shipped, and you’ll find more details below.
While we have seen some select colors of the more pricey storage capacity models go for a touch less at Amazon – mainly that purple 256GB config that has dropped $10 less to $689 a couple times, just about all of the options are now matching the lowest prices we have tracked on Amazon since release last fall:
- iPad mini A17 Pro 128GB $399 (Reg. $499)
- iPad mini A17 Pro 256GB $499 (Reg. $599)
- iPad mini A17 Pro 512GB $699 (Reg. $799)
There were also a couple chances to score some deeper deals on the higher-end storage models for less over at Costco, but those offers were short-lived at best and only available to paid members.
Best Buy’s “excellent” condition open-box listings are one way you can land the most affordable config for less than this, but it is tough to recommend going for those right now considering they are only $20 or so less than the brand new models at Amazon today.

Apple Pencil Pro falls back to the Amazon 2025 low today at $99 ahead of July 4th

Most affordable M4 Max Apple Mac Studio now $1,799 ($200 off), high-end 128GB RAM configs $300 off
B&H has now launched its official 2025 4th of July sale alongside the Best Buy holiday sale. You’ll find hundreds of deals here including loads of Apple gear, but many of them are either even lower or already matched at Amazon. That said, one of these deals you will not find at Amazon is the offers we are tracking on the latest M4 Max Apple Mac Studio models – a few configurations are now seeing relatively rare $200 price drops with higher-end models at $300 off via B&H. The details await below.
We did spot some of the same deals as part of B&H’s recent Bild Expo sale, but many of them did not last for long and sold out quite quickly.
Here are the Mac Studio configurations seeing price drops right now as part of its 4th of July sale:
- Apple Mac Studio with M4 Max $1,799 (Reg. $1,999)
- 36GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 14-Core/32-Core
- Apple Mac Studio with M4 Max $2,499 (Reg. $2,699)
- 48GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 14-Core/40-Core
- Apple Mac Studio with M4 Max $3,099 (Reg. $3,299)
- 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD, 14-Core/40-Core
- Apple Mac Studio with M4 Max $3,649 (Reg. $3,949)
- 128GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 16-Core/40-Core
As you can see the deals span right through the lineup, with the most affordable model dropping from the usual $1,999 list price down to $1,799 to land on par with our previous mention – this also goes for the upgraded model with 48GB of RAM and the 1TB SSD at $2,499. You’ll need to get up into the super high-end models to see the $300 price drops, as detailed above.
Clearly the Mac Studio isn’t for everyone, but for folks looking to upgrade their at-home editing suite or music production rig, among other things, you might as well do it with a solid discount and online deals from authorized dealers like B&H don’t come around nearly as often as we see on MacBooks and Mac mini.
The Mac mini is clearly where you want to be if you’re looking for a headless desktop solution and you don’t need the serious horsepower the M4 Max-equipped Studio models deliver. While we have seen them go for less, you can score a M4 Mac mini for a whole lot less than this right now.

Apple’s latest USB-C AirPods Max nearly $80 off ahead of 4th of July, open-box units up to $130 off
Apple’s latest USB-C AirPods Max are getting in on the early 4th of July deals today. Regularly $549, you’ll now find brand new sets marked down to $479.99 shipped at Amazon – this includes all colors outside of the purple set. You’re looking at nearly $80 off and a deal on par with our previous mention to match the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon since a mid January drop to $450.
Considering how popular the brand new over-ear XM6 headphones from Sony have been, just about anyone eyeing a set of over-ears from Apple will likely have Sony’s latest on their radar already. I absolutely loved my time with the XM6 at review, and would easily recommend them to anyone.
The XM6 headphones are however a touch more expensive than the previous-generation at $450 – they sound just as good as Apple’s to my ears but don’t feature quite as high-end a build. And with today’s deals the AirPods Max come within $20 of the new XM6. It’s not an easy decision, but if you must have the Apple cans today you can at least do so without paying all that much more than the new Sony options. Either way, you’re looking at two of the best in the game if you ask me.
All of that said, you can score some lower prices on open-box AirPods Max at Best Buy – there are no open-box offers on the XM6 yet. All of these listings come in “excellent” condition and with a 1-year Apple warranty:
- Midnight $446 (Reg. $549 new)
- Blue $432 (Reg. $549 new)
- Purple $437 (Reg. $549 new)
- Starlight $432 (Reg. $549 new)
- Orange $418 (Reg. $549 new)

AirTag just fell back to the Amazon 2025 low at $23, or 4-pack at under $19 each
Amazon has now brought back its best price of the year on Apple AirTag. The single Apple tracker has now dropped back down to $22.97 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35, down from the $29 list price. It has largely been fetching closer to $25 all year and has now returned to the best price we have tracked on Amazon since the $19 offers for Black Friday.
The 4-pack is where you can usually get a better overall value if you can put multiple AirTags to use, and this remains the case right now. It is, however, still sitting down at the $74.99 shipped we have been tracking for over a month now at Amazon. Carrying a $99 list price, we have seen this 4-pack down at $70 quite a few times earlier this year, but we are still talking about a price at roughly $18.75 per tag here.
Either way, there are some solid discounts live on AirTag right now, at well below what you’ll pay from Apple, especially now that the single has just fallen back to the best price of the year. Just be aware we might very well be on the cusp of the next-gen AirTag release.
According to our reporting over at 9to5Mac, Apple is readying the AirTag 2 and, while it could be releasing anytime, the latest seems to point at something closer to a fall launch now. There’s no official word on pricing just yet, but chances you’re going to be paying at the least the same as the sticker prices we are seeing from Apple on the current versions. Some new features expected to land on AirTag 2 include improved connectivity and range, better security, and improvements to battery management.

Score Apple Watch Series 10 for the summer at $100 off via Amazon today, deals from $299
After seeing just about all Apple Watch Series 10 configs drop $100 for Father’s Day before jumping back to full price, Amazon is now bringing back the savings on a number of different band options. You’ll find both 42mmand 46mm models now back down at $299 and $329 shipped, respectively, to deliver $100 in savings on the regular price tags. Details below.
While not every single band configuration option is now back at $100 off, there are a number of standout options here back down at the lowest we have tracked or very close to it. One highlight includes the Jet Black Series 10 in the 46mm case size with the matching black Sport band at $329 – this popular setup is matching the lowest price we have tracked all-time outside of a couple drops to $300 for few hours apiece.
- 42mm Apple Watch Series 10 $299 (Reg. $399)
- 46mm Apple Watch Series 10 $329 (Reg. $429)

- 46mm Apple Watch Series 10 Titanium GPS + Cell $699 (Reg. $799)
