Does Dell offer free shipping?

What is the the Dell Trade-In service?

Dell operates a trade-in system that lets you trade in your old devices to receive credit that you can put towards your next purchase. Let Dell know which device you want to trade in and what condition it's in and they'll let you know how much credit it's worth. If you're happy with the price on offer, they'll arrange free shipping so you can send it to them.

Does Dell offer a warranty on products?

Does Dell accept returns?

Dell will accept returns on most purchases, and will even provide a pre-paid shipping label to save you on fees. However, they charge a 15% restocking fee on all orders sent back that are not broken or incorrect. You can arrange a return by getting in touch with Dell's customer service team, who can advise on the returns process and help arrange exchanges or refunds.

How to use Dell coupons

1. Check our list of Dell coupons and click on the offer you want to use.
2. Copy the code for later and head to the Dell website.
3. Add the items you want to order to your basket, then head to the checkout when you're ready.
4. You'll need to add the coupon during the final checkout page. In the "Payment method" section, you'll find a discount code box that says "Add a gift card or promotion code or voucher."
5. Paste your Dell promo code into this field, click apply, and your discount will be applied to your order total.

To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work 

We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
