Sanofi ordered to pay over $177M in France over anticompetitive behavior

An appeals court in France on Wednesday ordered Sanofi (NASDAQ:SNY) and its Winthrop Industrie subsidiary to pay €150.7M ($177.1M) to the country’s National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM) over its alleged anti-competitive practices.
