U.S. considers fighter jet projects including F-22 upgrade, twin-engine F-55

The United States is exploring plans for two new fighter jet initiatives: a modernized version of the F-22 Raptor, potentially called the "F-22 Super," and a fresh twin-engine platform known as the F-55, President Donald Trump said during a business forum in Doha on Thursday.
