The perfect eGPU setup if you're looking to just plug things up and have it work. This one from GMKtec features an AMD Radeon 7600M XT, and is now $150 off.

It can be a bit of a sad moment when you realize your device just isn't as capable as it used to be. This eventually happens with all things, but it can be a bit more deflating if you have a product that can't really be upgraded, like a laptop, mini PC, or PC gaming handheld. Luckily, technology has gotten much better over time, allowing even these devices a way to upgrade.

eGPUs: Are external graphics cards worth the investment for laptop users?

External GPUs may not be the cheapest upgrade for your laptop but they sure can add a lot of performance to older devices

While eGPUs may not be the most popular way to breathe new life into your system, it's certainly an option when no others exist. Of course, you're always welcome to build your own, but sometimes you just don't know how or don't want to deal with the hassle. With that in mind, you can score this one from GMKtec featuring an AMD Radeon 7600M XT for $150 off its retail price. That brings it down to just $470 for a limited time, which is the best price we've seen on this model.

While not a huge brand, GMKtec has been making some waves lately thanks to its popular mini PCs. The eGPU docking station not only provides a way to improve the graphics performance of your current device, but it also brings additional connectivity as well.

You get the eGPU unit which features an AMD Radeon 7600M XT graphics card, and it is powered by its own 250W AC adapter. You get a Thunderbolt 4 port that can provide power and data to a connected device, and there's also two HDMI and two DisplayPorts.

GMKtec also throws in an OcuLink port as well in order to get the best connection possible from your supported system. With so many display ports, you can simultaneously output up to four monitors at once if needed. You can also output at 8K 60Hz if needed.

Perhaps the most critical thing to note here is that your device will need an OcuLink port in order to take advantage of this eGPU. So, make sure that this device is compatible with your model before purchasing it. If this all looks good, then just clip the $150 coupon before checking out in order to save.
