With Optus 5G access and 50% off, Aussie Broadband's SIM-only mobile deals might be the best I've seen this EOFY

With less than a week left in the EOFY 2025 sales, now's the time to lock-in an awesome deal that will keep the savings going with your mobile plan until the end of the calendar year.

We've already seen some excellent EOFY telco deals throughout the month of June, but this offer from Aussie Broadband might be the best one we've seen so far.

If you were under the impression that Aussie Broadband was solely an internet provider, think again — the trusted telecommunications company has been offering SIM-only mobile plans since 2021, but has gotten more competitive with its pricing in the last few months.

Now the telco is doubling down on its strategy for EOFY, offering new customers a 50% discount for their first 6 months on selected Aussie Broadband prepaid plans when they apply the code DEALMOB at checkout. After those initial 6 months are up, the plans will go back to full price for as long as you stay connected.

In other words, plans that usually range in price from AU$35 p/m to AU$70 p/m will now range from AU$17.50 p/m to AU$30 p/m. When you consider that these plans offer from 40GB to 220GB of monthly data on the Optus 5G network, that's incredible value for money.

As you can see, all of these deals are exceptional from a value standpoint. However, I would personally opt for either the Premium 5G SIM Plan or the Elite 5G SIM Plan, as these plans not only offer stacks of data, they also offer full speed access to the Optus 5G Network, while the other two plans have their download speeds capped at 150Mbps.

Of course, you'll have to hurry if you want to take advantage of this deal, as the offer will expire on June 30, 2025.
