Vistra to buy 2,600 MW of natural gas assets in $1.9B deal

Vistra (NYSE:VST) +2.5% post-market Thursday after saying it agreed to acquire seven natural gas generation facilities with a combined capacity of 2,600 MW from Lotus Infrastructure Partners for $1.9B, as it looks to meet growing power demand.
